7w3d: They are looking good!

I am happy to report that today was another good day! The babies are measuring on target and their heart rates have increased!

Again I was glad for my husband by my side today (I really need him there until we are closer to being out of the "danger" zone). I was in the same exam room with the same doctor as December 26th when I found out the baby stopped growing. I had a minor freak out. It was hard to be in the same position thinking, "What if that happens again?"

But, this time she quickly found the heartbeats before she started taking measurements. I was very relieved.  It is starting to become more real that we could actually have 2 babies come November.

We got lots of great pictures and the babies were named A and B today!

Here's a pic of them both. I pointed out in Baby A (or stalactite as I call it) that the baby is just the blob and then the part that looks like a round head is actually the yolk sac where the baby is getting nutrition. The placenta is still forming.

We are thrilled with today's news and hope this continues! I have another appointment in a week.
