Last week we have a female doctor so we came home with 6 pictures and very detailed info. This week, we had a male doctor who just gave us the basic info and one picture :)
The babies are looking good, measuring on target with strong heart rates, 178 and 180. Doctor said this is about the highest they'll go, and then they will start to decrease again. This is officially the farthest I've made it in a pregnancy and they both seem to be doing really well. The doctor even pointed out a forming spinal cord today on the ultrasound.
The doc put a special message on the ultrasound, "hi mom dad!!!" which still doesn't seem like it could possibly be directed at me.
I am on the verge of graduating from the fertility clinic. I made my last appointment with them on Friday, May 3. I wanted to go Friday so I could see my favorite nurse before leaving. She helped me so much when I had my miscarriage and has been an amazing support to me this whole time. After going through 2 IVF cycles and a miscarriage, you become known in a fertility clinic and I will miss the familiarity and comfort level of going there, but am very happy to move on! My first OB appt. is Wednesday, May 8.
My issues continue to be headaches and fatigue. Sleeping has been interesting because I have very vivid and weird dreams, which apparently can be attributed to hormones. I'll wake up in the middle of the night and sometimes have issues with falling back asleep. But, overall I am doing pretty well and am enjoying pregnancy, mostly because this is my first and most likely last! :)

Headaches were my biggest complaint through both pregnancies. I found Tylenol to be as effective as a tic tac but a coke (or caffeine) seemed to make things bearable.
